Hi, I recently did an upgrade on a DNN installation (4.02 I think to 5.04.00). Upgrade seemed to go very smooth, and I installed AllDNN Contact Us module to use for form and payment collection.
Everything went smooth for a week and then the module stopped collecting data (nothing new showing up in the "view history" link) and ceased to send out appropriate e-mails. I reinstalled the module, it worked for a few days and then the same thing happened.I know the form is still functioning as after the form is filled out and submitted, users are still redirected to Paypal. We know forms were submitted as Paypal payments have been collected.
I have used the AllDNN Contact Us module many times and never had a problem and I suspect there is either an issue with this release of DNN or maybe hosting issues - Yes, the site is with Godaddy. Another odd event that may be related is that one of the html modules disappeared after the upgrade. The module only contained a table and some graphics with links, so I can't see why this would have happened. The RAD editor is turned on - could this be the issue?
These form submissions are the main source of income for the magazine represented by the site, so
I need to get this running and trustworthy asap. A remedial site, but
it's primary reason for existence is these form submissions
btw - I am not a coder, but have launched many DNN sites. Please go easy on me with technical jargon. I do understand how everything works, though. Thanks in advance for any help or suggestions.
