We have pdf image which opens using LinkClick.aspx(https://domainname/LinkClick.aspx?fileticket=IxclUU2OUIg%3d&tabid=36). Recently one of our clients changed the image. The image opens in admin mode but does not open when we log out. I have tried unchecking the autosync and synchronizing in both host and admin but still it is not working and the files have all permissions granted too. Please tell me what I am missing.

Make sure that the page and module you are using have all view permissions activate for all users. also, the link you provide is not correct
