Hi , Can any one help to solve the following issues, I am using DNN4.8 version, forum 4.4.3 version. I am facing the following problem 1. When you create new thread there is check box for Notification. what is the purpose of this checkbox? to whom this check box send a mail? 2. "Email me when this forum has a new thread" and "Email me when this thread has reply" check boxs. If I click this check box also the mail is not coming. 3. "Email me when this thread has reply" - once i clicked the page is reloaded. after some operation if i go the same page the check box is unchecked automatically but the value is in table. Is this bug?. If I try to click it again... it tries to add the value to the table and shows the primary key violation. ... I tried in moderated and notification type forums also.... can anyone able to find the issue? Please help!

I believe that the email functionality is broken in the current release of the DotNetNuke Forum module.

Ohh....! Can't we use the existing DNN Forum module now...! Can any one know... when will be the next release for forum module..!

the E-mail function in the core forum has been broken for quite a while, to be honest I would recommend you use active modules forum as it's bug free and has some good features. Thanks,
