In my site i configured the google analytics i put the code for tracker but when i search in google the site name is not listed just 1-2 inside page is listed i want to list the company name on the top while creating the page i put the description // keywords for the home page any other setting for that pls suggest

I put Google code into the home page settings (look for Page Header Tags).

If you put the code in a page header, it's only in that page's header. I find it easier to put the Google code in the skin file(s). You can also put it in a Text/HTML module and set it to display on every page. If you do that, it won't be on the admin pages or pages that use the admin skin. That is why I like putting the code in the skin files.
