New Logo cant display

Hi, I have downloaded the new blue skin as my skin for the DNN website, I wanted to replace the DOTNETNUKE LOGO with my logo. Even though I have changed it at the basic settings > appearance. A 'x' appear. I have attached the images for references.

I assume that you have a file named Logo.png in the portal's root directory? I also assume that you haven't altered the skin file?

Hi Joe, yes I have a filed name Logo.png in the portal's root directory. I have added it into my project and also uploaded my file on DNN website.. Erm, I did alter the skin file, I changed the skin.css script to point it to my logo.png... is there anything wrong in doing this? thanks

There is nothing wrong with this, provided that you did it correctly. I would have to look at your skin file and skin.css to see what you did. If you want to zip them up and attach them to a message, that will be fine. If you'd prefer to send them to me privately, use jncraig at gmail dot com.

Hi Joe, What I did was to upload my logo into the file manager first. Uninstall my skin and reinstall back again, and the logo is there...

That's odd, if you get a problem where the skin is not displaying correctly again try pressing CTRL+F5 to clear the browser cache + reload the page - in most cases this will solve these kind of skin display problems.
