hi  In my site i m using Input Search  module  when i click on search  it search the whole site  and produce the result  ,

can it is possible to search in the current  page not in the whole site 

i.e  if i add input search in one page    so i want that search look into that current page only, and produce the result 

any changes we have to made in search.aspx.vb   or any other file  or  any other modult is available

I don't think that searching a single page is an option.

There are other search modules available. They might be more suited to your application.

I really need the search to do is locate articles only from a few pages only then supply results as a link to that area or do an anchor type effect and scroll down to what they searched. Is this something that might work with the two new search capabilities they gave you? Please let me know which one most helpful or can i get any demo version so that i can test or any demo examples.

I'm not sure that is possible, in both of those modules you can enter a URL for the module to search, but they are likely then to spider all the content from any links on that page. And I also do not think it will be possible to display the results with an effect.

I would contact the module developers directly, as they may be able to make adjustments to the module that you require.
