Hello Guys! Does anybody knows any good tutorial for setting up my help module included in DNN ?

There is a very short description here.  ALso look here.

Now I have a general understanding of the module but somehow I'm not being able to find information on the specifications of the xml files for the "categories" part of the help module. Also the same for "tutorials". Any xml data structure it will do the work? Or do I specific requiriments to meet? Thanks for your advice.

Usually, the best thing to do is put some information into the module and then export it. Then, you can examine the exported file to see the exact structure needed for the XML file.

I'm on it Joe, when I create a new item for the help at the end of the edit module page it says that I must select the category where is going to be inserted. The problem is I can't see any combo or dropdown to select the only category I got. Also I have one category but I couldn't find where to set more categories.

This one has a UI that's a bit confusing.

After you add the first category, it looks like you can't add any others. 

Here's what to do.  After adding the first category, go back to categories and select Manage Categories.  That will bring up a display that has the single category.  Click on that single category, and you'll get a window that lets you add sibling or child categories.  Click the link that you want, and add the next category ...

Thanks you so much, the help module is set and configured! Also I found another problem. When you open the contextual menu beside the title of the category module in the container of the help and I try to export the content selecting that option in the small menu and then choosing the folder and filename of the export destination it brings me the following error message "An error occurred during the export" . I just wanted to check the xml structure but it seems I cannot export that info out of DNN. Must be a problem with my instance. But just wanted to share it with you all, maybe someone suffer this before and knows what's happening.

I just tried an export, and also received an error message.  Nothing is logged in the Event Log.

I'd suggest that you report this on the DotNetNuke forum.

I posted a message over on the Help Module forum.  You will find the link to post into the bug tracking system on the main page at DotNetNuke.com.  I don't think that screen shots are needed, just a few sentences that describe the problem.

The issue has not been reported yet. I'm afraid I don't have any credential to login to gemini. I can't register either.
