Importing a DNN 4.5.1 template into 4.8.2 install

I'm probably doing something but thought I should ask before I go too far. I have a live DNN 4.5.1 portal I exported with content to a template and am trying to import it into a localhost DNN 4.8.2 portal. I copied the 4.5.1 template into the same directory on the localhost as it was/is in on the live portal and it is listed in the list of templates...when I try to import the template and content I get the following error. CNG Local.template is not a valid Portal Template File. Anyway...I thought I was doing it right...

Joe, The new template file worked like a charm...no issues other then not having all the modules loaded on my local host yet... Terry
