I can get internal emails, for the password reminder and username reminder but not external accounts do not receive email.SMTP is correctly configured according to IT.The emails come from admin@admin.comHELP PLEASE
The SMTP is configured to send emails outside our network.What other application can I test to see if they are sending an email. Is outlook sufficient. If so the relay to external sources is not an issue.On the Event Log View I get a mailbox unavailable.I found this reference in the forum - http://www.dnncreative.com/Forum/ta....aspx#9451Could this be the issue if we can still get emails internally?HELP
