A while back i recolored my breadcrumb.gif to match my background as a work around. this burned me today because I could not figure out why the menu on my homepage jumped to the right. I check all the skinning and css. it was identical. Well originally I posted here that adding indicateChildren="false" to the dnn:Nav tag will remove this little white arrow. This will not remove it from all menu items. like showing up automatically when a home page is redesignated for a portal home page and since the image was not visible I thought it was a margin or style issue. if you do not make your breadcrumb.gif the same color as your background you will not be confused as I was. to get rid of this just delete this from the dnn:Nav tagNodeLeftHTMLBreadCrumbRoot=""to know if you have this issue just move your mouse very carefully to the upper left outside of your menu text item and you will see the alt tabe come up with "*"hopefully this might help someone some day.
