How can I delivery specific content for specific users on DNN without duplicating modules?

Hello everyone! I'm creating a Portal and the DNN is completely supporting that. But I'm having a problem now, I need to show different contents between different users. I'll give an example: In my solution, the DNN users are from different areas, and of course, have different interests. IT wants information about IT, HR wants information about HR... but all of them will use the same portal and the same modules. How can I delivery a specific information (in the news module, for example) to one of these groups? I've read about Roles and Permissions and I know that I can duplicate the News Module, create two Roles (one for each Area) and associate them, but in my case I'll have news for TI (OK), news for HR (OK) and news for both areas (not OK, because I'll have to create the content twice)... I couldn't find a good solution to do it. Someone can help me? Tks in advance, Vitor.

u will want to use DotNetNuke security roles with page and module permissions to determine what each user sees. I'd recommend that you review these tutorials: DotNetNuke Users & Setting the Registration Options Working with DotNetNuke Security Roles Specifying The Required Fields Upon User Registration User Accounts: Adding, Editing, Viewing, Deleting How to Assign a Security Role to a User Account Assigning Security Roles to Pages and Modules The Advanced Page Settings Managing Pages You'll probably want to set up security roles for each department, and then present pages and modules for view depending on the department that the user is a member of.
