What is the language used on dotnetnuke? is it just VB that is the codes used is like on the Visual Basic 6.0 or whatever version or is the new VB.Net codes?
Im not a coder but I want to learn. Please give me an idea on what codes i have to learn. VB only or the VB.Net codes? Thank you....

DotNetNuke is written in VB. But, you can write modules for it in any .NET language.

There are not pages. There are modules that can be added to pages. If you want to add a module to a page, use the control panel.

I know it is not a page Mr. Craig but mostly all of these module is located on the folder "Desktop Module" if I add an account log in, I can add it as a module but when I go to the Desktop Module, the folder for account log in as a module is not their. Also the Registration Page, if the registration page is not a page, nor a module. I'll just want to know where it is located because I need to customise it, for example change the color of the text, make some borders on it or make the font size bigger.

If you have a more recent version of DotNetNuke, you'll find login.ascx and login.ascx. in the site's "admin" directory. I haven't looked for the registration page recently, but I'd look in the "users" directory first.

But, if you interest is in styling those things, I'd recommend that you try to do that using the skin.css file. Lee's skinning tutorials show how to use Web Developer's Toolbar to identify IDs and Classes when you go to restyle.

Generally, we don't recommend that people get into the code and change it as that will have to be done each time you upgrade DotNetNuke.
