We use DNN for our Intranet and we have many home-grown web apps written classic ASP within iframes of DNN pages.  We would like to migrate those apps to .Net but even running a simple .aspx page causes the following error:

If we run this page outside of DNN, at the root of the web site, it works fine.

Any Assistance would be greatly appreciated...

The best way to do this is to set up these apps as separate websites. If you want to put them in directories that are inside of your DotNetNuke web directory, you will have to also include a web.config in that directory that undefines all of the DotNetNuke stuff.

So if I wanted to place the apps inside the DNN directory how do I "undefine" the DNN stuff in a web.config file? Can you give me an example?

I don't have an extensive list, but here are some things.  Note that this is not complete, etc. but will give you the idea.  Basically, I'd go through the web.config for DotNetNuke and add stuff to the other one that will undo.  And, if you ever change your DotNetNuke web.config, you'll likely have to change here.

That's why I recommended not mixing the old stuff into the DotNetNuke directory ...
