My site, www.sfcbsa.net, includes 10 pages each with a user and password so that they can add content to their delight (see Districts). When one of the 10 users logs in his content disappears! He sees the modules that have been added but they are all blank! (See Seminole). None of the other 9 users has this problem.

I did notice that someone had changed the password. I had to change it as administrator to log in. When I log in as administrator I have no problems.

I created a new user and password for that district. It seemed to work when I first logged in. The user also logged in. The first time all was okay. However, the second time he logged in the content again disappeared! I carefully revewed the parameters for the user with the other users, which are working. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Is it possible that he has put the site into "design" mode? In that mode, you see everything BUT content.

Which version of DotNetNuke is involved here?

I believe I am running version 4.3. The page is in Edit mode. I am not familiar with design mode.

 I found the design mode option. The Seminole page with the missing content shows the design mode greyed out! How do I get out of design mode? Why would the page automatically go to design mode?

The page should not go into design mode automatically. Your user could have done it, not knowing what he did.

You get out of design mode by going to View or Edit mode. Depending on the version of DotNetNuke, this could be the Preview link in the control panel.

In 4.8.0, the View, Edit, and Design modes are controlled by radio buttons. As a result, it's quite clear where you are.
