I cannot find the uplaoded skins' records at DNN database, which is under 4.7.

All it contains are the default skins packs as

1	NULL	Skins	[G]Skins/DNN-Blue/Horizontal Menu - Full Width.ascx	0
2	NULL	Containers	[G]Containers/DNN-Blue/Text Header - White Background.ascx	0
3	NULL	Skins	[G]Skins/DNN-Blue/Horizontal Menu - Full Width.ascx	1
4	NULL	Containers	[G]Containers/DNN-Gray/Text Header - White Background.ascx	1

Where are they?

Skins uploaded by Host are in Portals/_default/Skins and Portals/_default/Containers.

Skins uploaded by Admin are in Portals/n/Skins and Portals/n/Containers (where "n" is 0, 1, 2, etc. depending on the Admin's privileges.
