Host account can not see content

Can someone help me please. I am not sure what I have done but the host account can not see content in any of the containers. It just says visible by administrators only. I can change settings etc but just cant see the content. Thanks

Click on "Design Mode" in the Control Panel to get out of design mode. You are "in" design mode if the icon has a + attached and not in design mode if there is a - attached to the icon. (In version 4.7.0 this choice is a radio button, and it much easier to NOT click by mistake.)
