How to add meta tag?

It is possible to add a metatag to a page by: Go to the Page Settings Advanced Settings Page Header Tags Enter the content you require, ie. I use this feature to date each of the pages for the search engines: < meta name="date" content="2007-07-20"/ > (I've added spaces so that the code displays)

A trying to optimize my site: so I removed the Description, Keywords I added to previously in the boxes provided in the page settings page and added the titles, description and Keywords into a html and added it to page header tag box. But when I take a look at the page source the info I deleted still shows up, hence I got double of everything you can see it for yourself at aroDrive.com. Please help

Look at the site settings tab and erase information there.
