I'm creating a DNN portal for a friend.
This is the actual header jpg file HERE

I would like to use a flash file instead (same dimensions) like THIS ONE

But ... lol ... I really don't know how to do this.

Can someone be so kind to give ve some tips, considering I'm not a professional in webmastering?

This tutorial: How to display Flash Games in DotNetNuke should give you some information about embedding flash objects in DotNetNuke pages.    You might also want to Google around, as this article is a bit dated.  I believe that there are some newer articles that show how to use flash with DotNetNuke.  There are also some good articles about using Silverlight to embed media objects.

Hopefully this is enough, but please let me know if it isn't and I'll try to provide some more help.

You might want to try digFlash.  It's free.  You will have to make a pane in your header to place the flash module.
