I am in desperate need of help. I have put together a site

This is hosted at ihostasp.net where I have several other sites hosted. The skin is from Dynnamite.
I am having huge connection problems with the site. I understand the 20 minute rule that means it can take 10 secs  to load but this can take 40 secs or more and quite often timeouts. The site pings fine. This behaviour is being seen from lots of locations.
I have tried contacting ihostasp but after 2 days and several requests I have had no reply ?
Has anyone seen this happen before or know what might be causing it ?

Either your site is unloading or it isn't.

If the problem is unloading and reloading the site, you can use a service like host-tracker.com to keep it alive. If it's a different problem, then you'll need to figure out what's happening and fix it. In either case, take a look at the event log to see if you can get an idea about the problem.

And ... if you can't get tech support in two days ... I know what I would do!

From just observing the behavior - once loaded, your site seems to run quickly - I'd say that your problem is the "usual" reloading one. So, use the standard techniques (host-tracker.com, etc.) to keep this from happening.
