How do I explain this... [laugh].

I wanted to put the Account Login module in the Left Pane of the home page.  So I did.  It didn't appear so I thought I had done something wrong in the placement.  So I did it again. 

Oops.

Now I have two Account Login modules in the Left Pane but I can't see them while I'm logged in.  I can't change the skin, the header... I can't even get rid of them!  I only see them when I'm logged out.  Obviosuly, I can't do anything to them when I'm logged out.

Argh!

How do I get them to appear while I'm logged in and/or how do I take them out?

You should still have access to the modules menu - can't you see the menu next to the title of the module?

If not you will need to access your database to delete or change the settings of the modules

That's the problem. I can't see them - or any part of them - at all when I'm logged in. But they appear when I log out.

This is on version 4.5.3.

That's odd, do you have access to the other modules on the page? - You haven't by any chance clicked on the design view button in the control panel? or the view radio button? - If you can view the rest of the modules settings menus do you have access to your database tables?

DotNetNuke was changed in version 4.5.3 to make the login module invisible when you are logged in as an administrator.  John Mitchell at Snapsis has a solution for you here.
