Hi all, has anyone had any joy testing payment intagration with the PayPal sandbox? I've tried to do this but have had no luck. I am probably missing something obvious.

I have a developer account for the sandbox, I've created and verified a business account and a personal account, then in DotNetNuke I have added under the lists setting in the host section PayPal Sanbox as a processor and set the URL to https://www.sandbox.paypal.com but when I try to process a payment I get an error saying that there is a problem with the email address supplied by the seller.

If you haven't already asked PayPal for some help, I would do that.

But, I assume that the error message comes from DotNetNuke. Can you send other emails from your site? Check the host and admin sections and verify that things are set up correctly there, and that you are able to send out an email. You can use the Admin, Newsletters section to send an email to yourself.

Sorry to bump this thread but I thought I should report back. After a few days, I think 5, the sandbox just started working so I can't give a definitive answer on this other than I had read a thread in another forum where someone had the same issue and found the sandbox started working on its own  

Weird but true. The issue was more than likely with the sandbox so if you do find yourself with this issue I would start with a post to the sandbox support forum armed with this knowledge.
