Hi Lee – and others. Thanks for resent postings and help. This is always an easy and reliable source of help and info. Just done the Blog tutorial, and everything seemed to be working fine. I then noticed the latest upgrade of the blog module, so I updated and installed another blog at a different portal: www.mudgeerabahilltons.com Page: Blogging & Chatting I have a “moderator” security role, and I have 2 user assigned to this roles, but the “New Blog” module doesn’t display for the Moderators. I went in and ticked “Registered Users and then it displays, but it does display for any registered user??? Thanks! Have a great one.....

Problem Solved – but in case it might be of help I give the details. When I assigned the security role to the user, I used today’s date. The date on the portal is set to local time, but it didn’t pick it up anyway. When I changed the Effective date to the 12^th it worked right away. Also: Lee, have you created any Trackback tutorial? You just mentioned that you should await some bug-fix? Cheers for now... Olle...

Do you know if the bug has been fixed yet? I haven't looked at the module since I created the tutorial. If it has I will look at trackbacks

Thanks Lee. About the Forum Module, I now found that you, Mitchel Sellers and Russel Steib are all happy users of the “Active Forum Module” – so I better trust it and get it installed. Trackback – sorry I can’t be of much of help here Lee. I just have you own comment about a bug and that you therefore postponed the tutorial. I don’t know what type of bug and not if it’s fixed. I did just upgrade to the latest version of DNN Blogging, For DNN 3x No: 03.03.00 Cheers Olle…
