    I am getting option buttons for edit and vew at the top of the site  ,can anybody help me in removing  these buttons from the site .

This is part of the control panel, and is only visible when you are logged in as a site administrator or host. If you look at the site when not logged in or logged in as a regular user, you shouldn't see them.

On the right you'll also see a "down arrow" which, when clicked, expands the entire control panel.

These are standard DotNetNuke tools for administrators and hosts. You don't want them to go away!

Ya this is all right and known to me that it is part of control panel and is visible after login,but the main problem is that these option button donot become invisile even after logged out .After logged out these buttons remains visible ,if now I click on the aorrow on the right side no control panel is opend(in llogged out case),but button remains there.My site is almost complete and I am facing this problem.plzz help me in solving this out

Are you sure the pages on your site have the correct permissions?

 i.e. In basic page settings (Admin>Pages>edit a page) that your permissions are correctly defined.

If you select 'All Users' to edit or select 'unauthenticated users' to edit then this could allow anyone to view these edit features without logging in.
