Hi, I've been using DNN for only a few monthsnow, and I must say that the results have been above what I expected. However, I've been daunting my head with a question still unresolved, so here's my little need for help (hopefully this one is easy to resolve)


Suppose I create pages in my portal according to this structure:
Root
--Normal Items
----Company info
----Contacts
----Whatever other info relevant for their business

--Products
----Family 1
------Product1
------Product2
------Product3
------Product4
----Family 2
------Product5
------Product6
------Product7
------Product8


My question is:
is it possible to have two menus, one horizontal on top for the "normal Items" that would show "Company Info", "Contacts" and "whatever ther info"(suppose admin and host menu items would stick to this menu) and to have another menu, this one vertical, that would only show the "Products" sub-menus ? (Family1 and its sub-items, family2 and its sub-items and so on)

I saw a module in snowcovered that does exactly this, but saving this extra money would always be nice for low budget projects:-)

or if you use the housemenu this is easy to setup as you can specify a tabid from which the menu should be based, so you could give it the tab id of page 'products' and it will then display all of the sub pages under the products page.
