Upgrade DNN 4.4.1 to 4.5.1

Hello; Ill try to install the DNN 4.5.1 and create the new database in SQL2k5 and all ready its all right (Success Fully)., then ill traying to change database to old database using version old DNN 4.4.1 then everything is OK., but aim login to host or admin using (DNN 4.5.1) and i got the error: using Host Setting: Error: Site Settings is currently unavailable. DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.ModuleLoadException: Parameter count does not match Parameter Value count. ---> System.ArgumentException: Parameter count does not match Parameter Value count. at Microsoft.ApplicationBlocks.Data.SqlHelper.AssignParameterValues(SqlParameter[] commandParameters, Object[] parameterValues) at Microsoft.ApplicationBlocks.Data.SqlHelper.ExecuteReader(String connectionString, String spName, Object[] parameterValues) at DotNetNuke.Data.SqlDataProvider.GetListEntriesByListName(String ListName, String Value, String ParentKey) at DotNetNuke.Common.Lists.ListController.GetListEntryInfoCollection(String ListName, String Value, String ParentKey) at DotNetNuke.Common.Lists.ListController.GetListEntryInfoCollection(String ListName) at DotNetNuke.Modules.Admin.PortalManagement.SiteSettings.Page_Load(Object sender, EventArgs e) --- End of inner exception stack trace --- pls help me to my problem i have no idea for that., thanks.,

Unfortunately this is not how you upgrade DotNetNuke, you can watch this tutorial on how to upgrade DotNetNuke: How to upgrade DotNetNuke from v3.x to v3.2 on a live website and read How to Upgrade DotNetNuke v3.x to v4.1.1 The video will provide all of the information you need and it's the same process for version 4 of DotNetNuke, just make sure you backup everything before attempting an upgrade, hope this helps, thanks,
