Suddenly I can’t get the “Install / Upload” string to work??

 

I put the following in my browser window:

http://www.MudgeerabaHilltons.com/DotNetNuke/Install/Install.aspx?mode=InstallResources

 

I’ve Zipped my skin and put it in the “DotNetNuke/Install/Skins” folder.

 

I get 2 forms of reply:

Installing Resources

Install Resources Status Report

00: - Installing Skin File D:\websites\69.20.101.123\MudgeerabaHilltons.com\DotNetNuke\Install\Skin\MHRFirst002.zip:

Installation Complete

 Help....

But neither of them does any installation?

Two things to check, the first is that when you use this method it up loads the skin is to the host/skins area, so when selecting your skins make sure the host radio button is selected rather than the site radio button.

Next, check that you can upload the skin using the standard upload method directly from your DotNetNuke installation.  If it still will not upload your skin check your skin zip file and that you haven't placed your skin files within a folder and then zipped them up.
