I am building a DNN 7 site and the client wants 2 pages password protected. So any visitors can view the entire site except there will be 2 pages in the site where there needs to be a username/pw login. Users with the un/pw for these pages (they are different for each page but there is only one username and one password for each login page) will then be directed to a page in the site that was not available to general visitors. Both logins will direct to different pages and these "protected" pages do not really need to be completely unaccessible to others. So if someone shared the url to the page it's OK if someone can go to that page directly.

I can't figure out how to do this. Can it be done with the login features in DNN with user roles or do I need a form module that can do this (I don't believe Form and List can do this because I need required fields that only allow one specific data entry for access).

Create 2 security roles: Secure1 and Secure2.

Set one of those pages to be visible only to the Secure1 role, and the other page visible to the Secure2 role.

Create two special users: SecureUser1 and SecureUser2

Make SecureUser1 a member of the Secure1 rold, and SecureUser2 a member of Secure2.

Is that sufficient?

That should cover part of it. However, can I set the newly accessible page to be displayed automatically after the login?

There is a "redirect after login" page that you can define.

You would probably want to make that page visible to both Roles. You can use separate modules with separate permissions on that page to provide the specific content to specific roles.
