Can anyone recommend a module for creating and managing page content?

The kind of thing I'm looking for would ideally allow forms to be created of a given structure, say for a News page (Title, Summary, Main image, text etc.) Then allow data to be entered by the site administrator. And display the data in pages styled via a template both as a list view and page details.

I've bought and am looking at XMod Pro (http://dnndev.com/Products/XModPro.aspx)
But am finding it quite difficult to create a well managed page as described above. For example I would like to have one to many relationships in the data. For example, a cookery web site containing recipes would have lists of ingredients. In this case, I would like to store the data in two database tables (one for recipes and the other for ingredients) related by primary/foreign key and allow the data to be maintained by the web site administrator via a form and then dislayed via a templated page.

I can't find any documentation that makes it clear that this is possible.

If anyone could give me some pointers, I would be very grateful.

Take a look at Ventrian's News Articles module. While commercial, it has a very modest price!

The module allows you to create "articles" that can have custom fields, and you can create templates for display.

In the case of recipes ... there is a nice reciple module available at store.dotnetnuke.com. It doesn't have templates, but there is some customization available.

But I'm not just looking to create News or recipe pages, but a way to create pages of any structure.

Suppose I have two tables in a database related by promary/foreign key creating a one to many relationship.
They could contain anything, I would like to provide forms to allow the data to be entered and updated.

As an example, table for contacts and telephone numbers.
Each record in the contact table could have multiple telephone numbers in the telephone table.

The top level form would list all records of the contacts (in this case).
When I edit a contact, I see his contact details plus a list of telephone numbers.
I should be able to add/edit/delete telephone numbers in teh list for that contact.

So other than creating an asp.net application from scratch, do you know of any products that would allow me to achieve this?
I'm not expecting it to do everything, but for some simple solutions it could save a lot of time by having something to configure rather than
coding the software from scratch. And being able to create a one to many relationship would give so much more power.

I've looked at XMod Pro, I don't think it's going to do what i want, I've posted a question to them about that.

If there just isn 't a product available, I will probably resort to asp.net using a code generator that I've largely written.

Take a look at the DotNetNuke Reports Module, the DotNetNuke Form & List Module, SGSV from Tressleworks.ca, or there are probably several other modules that will also do the trick.

I've found SGSV to be a remarkably useful module with a very modest price tag. Using SGSV with Dynamic Forms from DataSprings.com is also a potentially interesting way to go.

XMOD Pro will also do the trick, but that does get you closer to coding.
