...for the name of the page the user is currently on?  I tried adjusting the [LINKS] token but it didn't work well.  All I want to do is display the name of the page the user is currently on.

That's so funny, about midnight last night I found that same post.  It works like a champ.  In my html file for my skin I simply put an asp block for <%=PortalSettings.ActiveTab.TabName%> and then just wrapped it in a div container and applied a style to it.  It works like a champ!  Thank you for your reply.  I should have posted as soon as I found it myself.  Our time difference really makes it crazy.
