I am new to DNN and am using DNN6 with the Darkknight skin and Mega Menu.
I cannot figure out how to get my logo beside the menu as it is on this site (the DNN site). I can only get the logo above or below the menu.
Any help would be much appreciated.
Thanks,

The (deceptively simple) answer is that you need to modify the skin file(s) to fit the design that you have in mind.
There are a lot of details that you'll need to deal with to accomplish this. I would recommend that you start with our tutorial "How To Build Skins For DotNetNuke 6.x." That should get you acquainted with DotNetNuke skins.
You next step will be to take the Dark Knight skin and turn it into the skin that you want. To do this, I would copy the Dark Knight folder and name the copy Dark Knight 1 or something like that. If you keep all of your changes in the Dark Knight 1 folder, you will still have the unmodified Dark Knight skin. You can switch back to it while you develop and test your modified skin.
Next, eliminate all of the skin files (.ascx and each of the corresponding other files) that you will not be using. This will just simplify things for you.
Then, work with one of the skin files that you do use to make the changes. You'll need to see where the menu and the LOGO skin object occur in the skin, examine the div structure around them and make the appropriate changes. This will probably lead you to needing to make changes to the CSS files. I find it quite helpful to use the developer tools in modern browsers to "fiddle" with styles on a live page. Then you can copy the styles back to the CSS file.
Finally, depending on your experience, this can be a big learning experience. So, don't hesitate to ask all the questions you have.

I got it working. Thank you for pointing me in the right direction. I completely overlooked the skin ascx file, I kept going back and forth between skin.css and default.ascx.
