I am Upgrading the Webiste from dnn 5.4.2 version to dnn 6.1.2 version.
There is Error while Upgrading the Website.

How this error be resolved??

At what point in the process did this error occur? How much of the upgrade process occurred before this error occurred?

Does your installation include any custom modules?

I would revert to the 5.4.2 version and see if you can upgrade to the last 5.x version. After that, try upgrading to 6.1.2.

Hopefully you are doing this on a copy of the site, and not your live site.

This Error Occurs After when The option comes of 'click to access the portal'.
Yes My website have also Some custom modules..
While Upgrading it shows some errors in some module .( please Find the enclosed Document).

Please Look Into it.

I Upgrade the website to 5.6.3 and its working well.. But the problem is with the dnn 6.1.2 version..

The screen shot that you attached shows that there were errors that occurred during the upgrade. The first thing to do is to examine those errors and determine how to fix them.

So, look in the Providers/DataProviders/SqlDataProvider folder and look for the two files listed as containing error reports. You can either attach those files to a post, or cut and paste the relevant parts to a message. Seeing the errors may provide a clue to fixing the problems.
