How do I turn of the use of fileticket in links?

Hello, I don't like to create links in the Editor that use the fileticket coding. Since I can't tell what file the link points to, I can't figure out which files to clean up when they are no longer linked to. Does anyone know how to turn off that feature? I just want links to be standard path links to files on my site. Thanks for any help, Tom

Are these for files that have been uploaded to the "secure" filemanager? If so, the fileticket is part of the mechanism for securing the files. You will also get fileticket links if you check the boxes to track links.
