Our website went down on Monday June 20 and the server was restarted. Then the database server went down and was restarted. Now no one can log in including the admins users and superuser accounts. I check the database and all users are approved to login. Can someone give an idea where to look. Do I need to check the webconfig file. Thanks in Advance

If the site is running, that indicates that the application is able to connect to the database. Does not being able to login mean that passwords are failing? Password encryption uses the machineKey in the web.config file. If you somehow have the wrong web.config file, that could explain password failures. Is it possible that someone restored web.config and used the wrong file? If your site permits registrations, you can check this by registering a new user. If that password works, that would indicate a problem with web.config. In that case, I can probably provide a way to reset the host password. Once a host can login, he/she can reset all of the other passwords.
