The below is the email going out when we are adding any user in the site from admin > user accounts : I have to change the content of the email (Content of the body). Pls let me know from where i can change that. Pls help me on this.

That is changed in the Language Editor (Admin, Languages, click the Site edit pencil).

The Global Resources section has several fields whose names begin with EMAIL. These are for the different types of registration you have implemented. You'll see a lot of other messages, too!

Thanks a ton for this solution. But when i am changing the mail content and updating from language editor the below error is coming :

A File Operation Failed. Please Check Resource File Permissions So Files Can Be Edited.


This error is something we can fix by some way or i need to request Hosting people to fix this.

That sounds like you have some file permission problems. That's something that your hosting company should be able to fix.

I have added a number of fields to the registration form and I would like to change the registration Email content to include these new fields. When I added the new fields though it sends those fields empty. Any way to do this?

The users have the Organization, Study and Role in their profile saved properly. What will be the format to make those show?

I believe that you need to change the way that you specify fields to something like this:

I did try the following before:

Organization:[Profilerganization]

Role:[Profile:Role]
Multiple Sutdies:[Profile:MultipleStudies]

and it did not work either. It does not fill the new fields from Organization down. I also tried using the group they belong instead of Profile those fields are in a group Named acc. So far no success.

Hmmm ... I assume that another way of saying it is that it doesn't work for custom profile properties. Is that correct.

I'll try do do some digging into this, but it may take a few days ...

Is there any chance that you have used localization and that the actual profile properties are different?
