I have to enter 500 users (in Users Table) from admin > user accounts section. Is there anyway i can import all 500 users at one time. Is there any automated thing i can enter all the 500 users in one shot (in Users Table).

Pls help me on this if there is anything.

There are some modules around that will do this.

I've used DNNMasters' User Manager Suite module. It worked like a charm to export users and their profiles, etc. from one portal. I then used it to import into a new portal. It's quite flexible.

The documentation page for that module says that it is compatible with 4.x and 5.x. So you should be quite ok.
