I need to edit a skin image file and when I ftp to look for it have no clue of where it is or how to search for it?.. The hosting service uses the Paralles Business Automation Control Panel when I sign in I don't understand a thing about it... I'm lost in the control panel of DNN

The skin will be in the Portals/_default/skins folder if you installed it as a "host" skin. If it's a "site" skin, it will be in Portals/N/Skins, where N is the PortalId. Note that if there are containers, they are in the Containers folder at the same level as the Skins folder.
