I think the dnn 5.0 onwards versions are having bug. I added a Text/HTML module then applied that module on all the pages. When I'm doing changes on one page it's showing the changes on other pages.

Can anyone please let me know if there is any solution for this?

That's not a bug!

If you put a Text/HTML module on a page and set it to appear on all pages, it is the module AND the content that appear on all pages. That's exactly what should happen.

If you want Text/HTML module on every page and with different content on each page, you need to place a module separately on each page.

This is not new behavior for version 5.x of DotNetNuke. This is the way that it has always worked.

BTW, the current version of DotNetNuke is 5.6.2. I have been using 5.x pretty much since it appeared. The 5.6 versions are quite good.

In that regard, expect to see Version 6.0 of DotNetNuke some time this summer. There are "Community Technology Previews" of version 6 available for those who want to preview what is coming. These are pre-beta so should not be used for anything except testing. But, I like what I've been seeing in them.

The recent "big" news about DotNetNuke 6 is that the default menu provider for 6.x will be the DDR Menu from DNN Garden. This menu was shown in DNNCreative a couple of issues ago. The version that will be shipped with DotNetNuke 6 has some new and quite useful templating features that should make developing custom menus a lot easier.
