Hi,

We have a portal which is showing DNN Error frequently in default.aspx page. So we couldn't able to access any page in our portal.

Once we restart our IIS with timeout Zero portal is Started working with out doing any modification in code and database.

If we Look for the Error log in superadmin.

It shows the below error in no of times. (It is trying to load the home page no of times and receiving the below error).

Finally the portal is going down.

Please Can any one suggest me the solution to solve this problem permanently.

The error message refers to a string variable that has a null value when a null value is not permitted. DotNetNuke tries to convert the string to a number and fails because of the null string.

The error trace refers to methods like HttpCapabilitiesBase, BrowserSupportsFunctionality, and DownLevelBrowser in a stack that also refers to SolpartMenu.

Do you have code or a module on this page that tries to figure out which browser the user is using and switch something in the page in response? If so, I'd start looking there.

Is there a URL at which I can look?
