Hi Kevin, If you're interested in migrating to PowerDNN, we'll handle the complete migration for you. All you have to do is provide us with a ZIP file of the website and a SQL .BAK of the database and we'll handle the rest for you.

Sir, I have other server for our ins ution. So I have to host it on that server. Could you please give me a solution? I developed this DNN site in local server. I searched 2days in google and other forums, but i did not get. please..

Just copy your web directory and database to your production servers and change the configurations to match the new servers. You also will need to create a website pand point DNS to it.

Dear Craig, I have already added a website (url - www.officialsite.com it is an existing website) in my production server. Now I created a folder 'test' under the folder 'www.officialsite.com' and copied my dnn project folder 'Website' in to 'test'. Then I added portal alias table with url "www.officialsite.com/test/Website/". web.config also updated with new connection string. But i am getting the error as "There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed.". can you please clarify my some queries: 1. Do I need to copy all project files that is, my project folder structure is "C:\DotNetNukeSetUp\Website\", I copied only the 'website' folder from there.there are some files in C:\DotNetNukeSetUp\ which are related to visual studio projects and all. need to copy all files from "C:\DotNetNukeSetUp\" or only "website" folder? 2. Do I need to create new domain for my website? 3. Need to create a virtual directory for this website? please help me ....

I recommend that you review this tutorial: How to transfer a localhost DotNetNuke installation to a live website You only need to copy the website directory. You should not copy an VS stuff. If your existing site is not a DotNetNuke site, I would recommend that you set up DotNetNuke as a separate installation and with its own URL.
