Error sending e-mail after creating new users

Hi, after creating a new user or adding a role to a profile, it shows me an error in sending e-mail. You can see the error in the print screen: The DNN version is 5.4 Thanks Best regards

Check and make sure that the email address for the site administrator is a legal one.
The error message that you posted indicates a bad email address. Assuming that the new users have good email addresses, it would appear that the errors is related to the admin address.

I tested several e-mails in the admin's user e-mail and error always appears. What you sugest that i do now? Thanks

The best thing would be to have someone look at the logs for the SMTP server. You will be able to see what DotNetNuke is asking it to do, and that should help you identify the error.
If this is a hosted situation, the host's support team should be able to help.
You could also (temporarily) switch to an SMTP server over which you have some control. Then, dig into its log file.

The logs will be wherever the SMPT server is. That is separate from DotNetNuke. You will need to ask your hosting provider, or whomever runs the SMTP server that you use.

If they didn't tell you what they did, that might mean that they had the SMTP server configured incorrectly.
