Setting up a copy of a DNN site for sister company in NZ

We have been running a DNN site for about 12 months and have built up some amazing content and modules that a sister company now wants to use. They want a copy of what we have done and then want to customize it to suit the New Zealand market. What's the best way to do it? Shoud we set up another portal as part of this instance or create another instance and copy the content over?. We want to give them some of our modules that they will modify the content of. Any suggestions on the fastest way to do this? It is likely my team will be the Host and possibly administrators.

Both are viable choices. Assuming that hosting the site where you are and mostly having users in NZ doesn't cause a problem, I would probably opt to host where you are. You could even build the site in your existing instance of DotNetNuke.
