Hi,

I was just trying to upload logo for my site named logo.gif, and it throws me an error called

DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.PageLoadException: Width must be non negative. Parameter name: value

I am using DNN professional addition 5.3.

Now i cant even open the menu Site settings from Admin menu.

PLease let me know how to resolve this issue?

You could try this:

Access your SQL database tables using SQL Server Management Studio Express
Open the portal localization table
look at the row that relates to the portal you are currently working on, ie: PortalId 0

Look at the logo file column
edit the content to state:
logo.gif

This should then use the default DotNetNuke logo

Yes it did solve my problem.

Actually i was trying to upload the logo image with the same name as the default one so it may be throwing error, i just delete the name in the table u suggested which was logo.gif and re write same logo.gif and it started working.

 

Dont know how but i got my site running now.
