error on database restore to local host

Hi, I am having a problem with restoring my backup to my localhost. I completed a backup from the web host control panel and downloaded it. In SQL Server Mgt. Studio, I login with windows authentication, right click on my database, select "tasks", and then select "restore". Under "source for restore" I select "from device" and use the browser to select the .bak file that I just downloaded. The program recognizes the file, and it appears with a checkbox to the left. I select the "restore" checkbox. Then, I get the error message pasted below. Can anyone give me any insight into what is going wrong? The web link it gives is of no help. SQL Server Management Studio is complaining that it doesn't see the "tail of the log" file. One solution is to make a new backup with options set for NORECOVERY. The second option, on restore is to set options "to just overwrite the contents of the log." So, in the Restore part of SQL Server Management Studio, look at the options before starting the restore and choose the correct options. You should be able to look at Help or use Google to figure out what to do.
