The source element with id dnn$ctr407$DynamicForms$imgMove_48b21a63-ca5a-425d-90ca-599a6e7d51e6 does not exists. This message i am getting when i open the site and login to the admin and when click on the page which has the form. But this is happening after login to the admin This message i am getting in Chrome and windows safari browser only. i am not getting this message in IE and Firefix browsers. Pls help me on this

You can check if you have the updated version of the module, this may be a javascript error they fixed. But I had something similar to this happen once. Unfotunately, I had not exported the form as a template (This is the BEST part of the entire module - though it doesn't seem to bundle the css), and had to recreate the module from scratch. Hope your issue is the first! GeishaMX ^_^
