If you have deleted your host account you can give another registered user host access by accessing the tables of your DotNetNuke portal.

1) First of all register in your DNN portal with the username and password that you would like to use for the host account.

2) Go to the SQL database for your installation
3) Open the Users table
4) Find the username that you have just created in the table
5) You will see a IsSuperUser column, in that column enter the number 1
6) click on another user in the table to store those settings
7) log back into your DNN portal with the username and you should have full host access
