I made an AJAX thickbox (AJAX pop up modal window) that can load an HTML page or any page within the same domain.

Inside that thickbox I want to load a page with modules holding the content.

What is currently happening is the modal window is loading the whole page.

What I want to happen is show only the content (inside the modules) without including the masthead and background and everything else that is outside the content module.

How can this be done?

Can you point me to a feasible solution? Possibly a DNN module that can do this?

Would applying a skin to that page that doesn't include the menu and background work?

Basically, the http://.../123/default.aspx" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">http://.../123/default.aspx has a masthead, content and footer.

from page http://.../321/default.aspx i invoked an ajax modal window to show the http://.../123/default.aspx" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">http://.../123/default.aspx inside.

what I want to happen is, in the modal window, i only want to show the content and not including the masthead and footer.

How can this be done?

There probably isn't a simple way to do what you want.  But, here are a couple of partially formed ideas.  Perhaps you'll be able to use them.

There are some techniques that allow you to load a page with a special skin.  You might be able to adapt that to this application.  Check this tutorial: How to Create Print Stylesheets for DotNetNuke Skins and perhaps it will offer some clues.

You might also create a duplicate of the page that you want to load, and attach a skin to it.
