Looking for some best practices / lessons learned for managing content in across multiple servers. For instance, we have a development server, test server, and production server. Each server has the same site. (updates going from dev to test to production)

Look for any tips for getting the data across to all platforms and keeping test and prod in sync without having to reenter data each time.

Additionally, any best practices or lessons learned with using source code control systems and DNN would be appreciated.

I've spoken to Nik and others at DNN but doesn't seem like this nut has been cracked.
