I have a major advertiser who uses DART advertising tags from Doubleclick, as do most major AMerican advertisers. I use Smoke Ranch Banner Ads, which I love, but I cannot get advertiser's DART server to calculate the proper number of impressions. In fact, they are only counting about 1/4 of the total impressions. The problem seems to be a timestamp token. They've given me a replacement but it still doesn't work.
An alternative is to use Google Ad Manager, but that requires Javascript language to be inserted into my section and it's not possible. The Text?HTML module strips them out.
A sample tag for a 160X600 ad provided to me is:
