I have used solpart menu and align it horizontal. Sublinks for main menu is comming when I hove main menu or click on main menu. Now my requirement is Sublinks of main menu should be shown when I loose focus on main links, sublinks should stay untill I hover on another main menu or click on another main menu.

Is it possible?

If you check the skinning.PDF file that comes with DotNetNuke it lists at the end all of the attributes available for the SolpartMenu. - I seem to recall there is a delay after hover, but I am unsure if it will wait until you click on another menu item, but you should be able to see all of the attributes available for the menu in the document and test them out on your site.
