I am interested in how to install modules so that they are not immediately availble rather found under the Available modules in the Module Definitions section. See attached screenshot. Pontus

Put the installation zip files for those modules in the Install/Modules folder in your web directory. Also, rename them from xxxx.zip to xxxx.resources. Remember, though, that these are installable only to host users.

If you put the modules in the Install/Modules directory with the zip extension and browse (I hope I'm remembering this correctly) to Install/Install.aspx, then ALL of the zip-named modules will be installed automatically. This is a great way to batch-install a lot of modules. If you do this on a new installation and before starting up the site, all of those modules will be installed as part of the installation procedure.

I have come across this tip: It is also possible to use to bulk install modules, skins etc. to your DotNetNuke portal after the initial installation of DotNetNuke. Simply upload the module / skin etc. installation zip file to their respective folders within the install folder on your live website and then enter the following URL in your browser. http://www.mywebsite.com/Install/In...lResources
